We support a culture and environment of wellness on campus by:
- Working with the UWell Partnership Council to incorporate wellness into the framework and values at UW-Madison
- Consulting with self-selected wellness champions within campus units to lead wellness initiatives that meet the needs and interests of those in that unit
- Helping individuals connect with existing wellness-supporting resources and services
Workplace Wellness Community of Practice
Are you wondering what others on campus are doing to promote employee wellness within their campus unit? Have you been promoting wellness and want to share your story? Make connections and build relationships with others who share a similar interest – employee wellness! Learn from each other, share ideas, and gather new resources. Meetings scheduled quarterly. Check the Office of Talent Management catalog to register for the next group meeting.

Visit www.uwell.wisc.edu to learn more about wellness and the multiple dimensions that affect your overall well-being and access resources both on and off campus. Please note, UWell is focused on faculty, staff and students, so some of the resources may not be available to you.
Are you enrolled in ETF’s health insurance coverage? Then this program is for you! All of the insurance carriers encourage their members to complete a wellness assessment and health survey so they can be more aware of their current and future health status. To encourage members to “face the numbers”, the health insurers provide a $150 incentive to subscribers and their covered spouses/partners who complete the wellness assessment and health survey.
