Digital learning assessment tools, including digital course evaluation surveys, allow academic departments and programs to more efficiently and effectively assess student learning at the course and program levels. Based on positive feedback from a pilot study and following an extensive RFP, UW-Madison has entered into a multi-year partnership with AEFIS LLC (Assessment, Evaluation, Feedback & Intervention System) to provide a suite of digital learning assessment tools, which includes a digital course evaluation survey tool. Starting this fall, the university will begin transitioning to digital course evaluation surveys, with the goal of transitioning all academic departments and programs by the end of 2018. The Office of the Provost, in partnership with DoIT Academic Technology, will lead the transition, and provide consultative support, hands-on training and other resources. Please join us for one or more of the following sessions about the AEFIS digital course evaluation survey tool. Sessions will include an informational brown bag, a demonstration of the tool and hands-on training for new users.
