Each Fall, the UW-Teaching Academy gathers for a morning of conversations on themes in higher education teaching and learning such as grading (2012) and providing prompt and effective feedback to students (2013). These topics help to prepare instructors and faculty for another successful year with undergraduate students and allow educators at the University of Wisconsin to discuss new updates in undergraduate education.
The 2016 Fall Kickoff's theme is "Are We Listening? Using Student Feedback to Improve Teaching" and will take place at Gordon Commons on Friday September 23, 2016 from 8:00am to 12:00pm.
