Individuals will examine ways to embrace expected or unforeseen organizational and/or personal life change. The course is designed to encourage the value of change management and to show individuals how they can contribute to processes with constructive, productive responses to change.
Having attended the course, participants will be able to - Identify different types of change - Modify decisions and actions in responses to new information and changing circumstances - Reflect on personal choices that will help with change and transition.
