Individuals will gain understanding of their ability to develop, initiate, and sustain workplace relationships in a way that is of mutual benefit to oneself and others and assists in community-building within an engaging and inclusive workplace environment.
Having attended the course, participants will be able to
- Articulate the importance of developing and maintaining constructive, cooperative working relationships with peers, co-workers, and management
- Recognize why difference matters but doesn't hinder relationship building
- Learn to cultivate mutual awarding relationships.
