Fully Prepared to Manage
Background information

The Fully Prepared to Manage program follows a four-level "Pathway to Leadership Development" structure.  UW-Madison leadership and management development opportunities have been compiled into a single, learning matrix that would increase the ability of leaders to identify and participate in existing learning opportunities.  This learning matrix identifies four levels through which managers and supervisors progress as they increase their competency and capacity to manage people, projects, and resources.  The progression through the four levels is illustrated in the flow chart below.
