Employee Compensation & Benefits Services (EC&BS) Benefit Education courses are designed to guide you through the maze of choices and options in your UW Benefits Plan. Choosing the best fit in health coverage, disability and life insurance, reducing your taxable income, saving for retirement, making the most of your sick leave. The goal is to help you take full advantage of the benefit programs at your command.
