Fully Prepared to Manage: Principles of Supervision and Management (back)

"Principles of Supervision and Management" consists of eleven half-day workshops. These are foundation workshops intended primarily for new managers and supervisors. Any managers or supervisors who are not represented by a bargaining unit are eligible for the workshops.

Participants who complete either PSM 11 or PSM 5.5 (see below) will receive a certificate showing that they have met the Wisconsin statute 230.046 requirement for management development training for supervisors.

The eleven workshops are offered in three formats:
1) "PSM 11" is offered on eleven Wednesday mornings Fall, Spring, and Summer (series certificate awarded)
2) "PSM 5.5" is offered on 5 1/2 days spread out over Fall and Spring semesters (series certificate awarded)

Limited to 25 persons per course.
